Shipping destinations

GreenRiver Commerce currently accepts and delivers orders only within the Netherlands.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping within the Netherlands costs €4.95.

Shipping is free for orders over €40.

The applicable shipping cost is displayed at checkout before the customer completes payment.

Delivery times

Delivery within the Netherlands normally takes 1–3 business days after the order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including delays experienced by the delivery carrier.

Order tracking

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information after their order has been dispatched, when tracking is available.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping costs may apply before the order is sent again.

Damaged, missing or delayed orders

If an order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed or appears to be missing, contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter with the delivery carrier.
