By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms do not limit any mandatory rights you have under Dutch or European consumer law.

  1. Products and information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate and up to date.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the customer’s screen and device. These minor differences do not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

Product availability may change. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and provide a full refund for the unavailable product.

  1. Food supplement information

GreenRiver creatine is a food supplement and must be used according to the directions and warnings shown on the product packaging.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Customers should not exceed the recommended daily amount.

Customers who are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or receiving medical treatment should seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before using a food supplement.

Information on our website is provided for general product information and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or replace professional medical advice.

  1. Orders

By submitting an order, the customer makes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After an order is placed, the customer will receive an electronic confirmation. An order is accepted when GreenRiver Commerce confirms the order and payment has been successfully processed.

We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment failure, product unavailability or an incorrect or undeliverable address.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.

Customers must provide complete and accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

  1. Prices and payment

All consumer prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs and any other applicable charges are displayed before the customer completes the order.

Standard shipping within the Netherlands costs €4.95. Shipping is free for orders over €40.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods offered on the website.

  1. Shipping and delivery

GreenRiver Commerce currently accepts and delivers orders only within the Netherlands.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery normally takes 1–3 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. We will inform the customer if we become aware of a significant delay.

The risk of loss or damage remains with GreenRiver Commerce until the order is physically delivered to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer, other than the delivery carrier.

  1. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

GreenRiver Commerce also offers a 30-day return period under the conditions described in our Return and Refund Policy.

For health and food-safety reasons, sealed products that are not suitable for return after opening cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Nothing in these terms limits the customer’s mandatory statutory rights.

  1. Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Customers should inspect their order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if a product is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Products must meet the agreement and the reasonable expectations a customer may have based on the description and normal intended use. Customers retain all rights provided by the statutory legal guarantee.

Where legally required, GreenRiver Commerce will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, price reduction or refund.

  1. Acceptable use of the website

Customers may use the website only for lawful purposes.

Users may not attempt to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts, systems or data. Users may not submit false or misleading information, transmit malicious software, commit fraud or infringe the rights of GreenRiver Commerce or third parties.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers or our legal rights.

  1. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website content, GreenRiver Commerce name, logo, product images, written material and designs are owned by or licensed to GreenRiver Commerce.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Shopify and third-party names, logos and services remain the property of their respective owners.

  1. Third-party services and links

Our website may use or link to services provided by third parties, including payment processors, delivery carriers and Shopify.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. GreenRiver Commerce is not responsible for the content of independent third-party websites, but this does not limit our responsibilities as the seller of products purchased directly from GreenRiver Commerce.

  1. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection law and our Privacy Policy.

Shopify and other service providers may process information where necessary to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud and fulfil orders.

  1. Liability

GreenRiver Commerce is responsible for fulfilling its legal obligations as a seller.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights and liability resulting from intent or deliberate recklessness.

GreenRiver Commerce is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, provided that this does not remove any rights the customer has under applicable law.

Customers can submit questions or complaints by emailing contact@greenrivercommerce.nl.

Please include the order number and a clear description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge and respond to customer enquiries within 1–2 business days.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.

  1. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service when necessary to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable law.

The version that applies to an order is the version available when that order is placed, unless a change is required by law.

  1. Governing law

These Terms of Service and purchases from GreenRiver Commerce are governed by Dutch law.

This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available to them under applicable consumer law.

Disputes may be submitted to a competent court in accordance with applicable law.
